Final Walkthrough
This exciting milestone is scheduled by your planner 4–6 weeks before your wedding! During this meeting, you’ll meet with your Planner, Caterer, and our Director of Events to finalize all the important details, including your floor plan, timeline, rain plan, rentals, and more. We’re here to bring your vision to life!

The Grelen Café offers a variety of delicious food options and a selection of Virginia beer, cider, and wine. Enjoy having delicious bites delivered directly to our Grelen properties. Please note, all orders must be placed at least two weeks before your wedding day.

Indulge in pure wedding bliss with Grelen's homemade ice cream and cookies! Seasonal flavors (often using Grelen grown fruit) are a delightful treat that adds a touch of sweetness to your special day. See the menu below and place your order by emailing our events team through your portal.

Grelen Couple Resources
Please Take Note...
Grelen couples must acquire Event Insurance for every event held on a Grelen Property (Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Brunches, etc.) Please make sure to follow the guidelines written in your contract, as the requirements vary for each property.
Why eWed? eWed is an affordable and user-friendly option designed to make the process simple and seamless. All of our required information is pre-filled, so you only need to enter your details. Additionally, you can insure up to three events for your wedding weekend at no additional cost, and the policy will be automatically sent to our Director of Events for your convenience.
Securing an ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) license for your wedding is required if you plan to serve alcohol at your celebration. A copy of your banquet license must be submitted to the Director of Events no later than 30 days before the event.
Vendor Resources
Please Take Note...
All paid, onsite vendors are required to carry business liability insurance and sign our waivers.
As you are considering vendors, be sure to confirm that they have insurance and are willing to sign our waivers.
The Grelen Events team will handle collecting signed waivers and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from your vendors. If a family member or friend is stepping into a vendor role without compensation, kindly inform our events team so we can review the applicable policies with you.
